Lars Ødeskaug is the founder and CEO of Front Energy AS. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. He started his career with Brown & Root and has held senior management positions in oil-service and technology companies since 1994. Mr. Ødeskaug has an extensive international network, including oil companies, shipowners, yards and engineering companies. His experience also includes financing and government relations. He holds several board positions, has given numerous presentations at international energy conferences and has written many articles related to innovation in the oil and gas industry.

Arne Smedal is a Norwegian entrepreneur who has founded several companies in the oil & gas industry. His experience includes founder and president of Marine Consulting Group AS (MCG) in 1989 and founder and CEO of Advanced Production and Loading (APL) in 1992. Mr. Smedal was Executive Vice President of Hitec ASA from 1996 to 1997, and President and CEO of Navis ASA from 1997 to 2001. He was founder, chairman and CEO of Sevan Marine ASA from 2001 to 2011. He has received numerous international prizes and awards for technology development and commercialization in the oil & gas industry and is currently chairman and CEO of Cefront Technology AS.

Experience include more than 20 years within Oil & Gas industry with special focus within offloading operations and LNG development. Former employee in Sevan Marine as Principal Engineer Offloading since 2002. Role as Technical Lead for the Goliat FPSO (Barents Sea) Offloading contract with responsible to prepare outline description, specifications, select vendors and to follow up the construction, delivery and documentation of the Offloading System, including auxiliary systems.

Saeid Mokhatab is a world-class expert in the natural gas processing industry. He has been actively involved in different aspects of several large-scale gas processing projects such as South Pars and South Gashu gas fields’ development projects. Saeid has contributed to gas processing technology improvements through 300 technical papers and two renowned books, the Handbook of Liquefied Natural Gas and the Handbook of Natural Gas Transmission & Processing (published by Elsevier in the US), which are widely read and highly respected. He founded Elsevier’s Journal of Natural Gas Science and Engineering, and has held technical advisory positions for leading professional publications (e.g., Gas Processing & LNG, SPE Oil and Gas Facilities), professional societies (e.g., GPA Europe, SPE) and conferences (e.g., SOGAT, SPE ATCE) in the field of gas processing.
